Welcome to Vasonn.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vasonn.com (the “Website”), including your purchase of products and use of any services, features, content or functionality made available through the Website.

Throughout these Terms, “Vasonn,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Vasonn India and/or the legal entity operating Vasonn.com, as applicable.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure that enables us to offer our products and services online.

By accessing our Website, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on the Website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Website

By using this Website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law or are accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes.

You must not misuse the Website, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Website, introduce malicious software, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Website in any manner that violates applicable law or the rights of Vasonn or any third party.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Website where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, capacities, materials, images, prices and other information displayed on Vasonn.com are accurate.

However, minor variations may occur.

Product colours and finishes may appear differently depending on photography, lighting conditions, screen settings and device displays.

Dimensions, capacities and weights may be approximate and may be subject to reasonable manufacturing variations.

Certain products, particularly handcrafted, tinted, printed, decorated or individually finished products, may have minor variations between individual pieces. Such natural or manufacturing variations do not necessarily constitute defects.

We reserve the right to modify product information, specifications, packaging or availability where reasonably necessary.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the product or guarantee availability.

In rare circumstances, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed due to inventory discrepancies, damage identified before dispatch, technical errors or other circumstances.

If we are unable to fulfil an ordered product, we may contact you to offer an appropriate alternative, replacement or refund, as applicable.

5. Orders

Placing an order on Vasonn.com constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Product unavailability;
Incorrect pricing or product information;
Suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions;
Payment failure or verification issues;
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
Technical or system errors;
Unusually large quantities suggesting unauthorised resale; or
Other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Vasonn after payment has been successfully received, an applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our policies.

6. Prices and Taxes

Prices displayed on Vasonn.com are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes will be included or displayed as required by applicable law.

Product prices, offers and promotions may change from time to time without prior notice. However, changes will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing or technical error and subject to applicable law.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before the order is confirmed.

7. Payments

Payments made through Vasonn.com may be processed using authorised third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay, and other payment methods that may be made available from time to time.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

Payment processing may be subject to additional verification, authentication and fraud-prevention procedures maintained by banks, payment networks and payment service providers.

Vasonn is not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment service provider or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If money is debited but an order is not successfully confirmed, please contact us with the relevant transaction details so that the matter can be reviewed.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Vasonn as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed, packed, handed over for shipping or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.

Where cancellation is possible and approved, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our refund procedures.

Vasonn reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances described in these Terms or where fulfilment is reasonably not possible.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Vasonn currently provides standard online delivery primarily within India.

Orders may be shipped through Shiprocket and/or courier partners selected through Shiprocket or other logistics providers.

Delivery estimates provided on the Website, during checkout, through order tracking or in communications are estimates and not absolute guarantees.

Delivery may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, natural events, regional restrictions, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

10. International Orders

Standard checkout and shipping on Vasonn.com are primarily intended for delivery within India.

Customers seeking delivery outside India may contact Vasonn through our authorised email or WhatsApp channels.

International orders may be arranged manually on a case-by-case basis and are subject to:

Product and destination eligibility;
Shipping availability;
Applicable shipping charges;
Payment arrangements;
Customs requirements;
Import restrictions;
Duties and taxes; and
Written confirmation from Vasonn.

Submitting an international enquiry does not guarantee that Vasonn will be able to fulfil or ship the requested order.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country charges applicable to an international shipment.

11. Returns, Damage, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because many Vasonn products are made from glass, crystal, porcelain or other fragile materials, customers are strongly advised to record a clear and continuous unboxing video when opening their delivery.

Claims involving products received damaged, broken, defective, missing or incorrect may require a clear unboxing video and other supporting evidence in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Products generally cannot be returned solely due to change of mind, personal preference or an ordering mistake unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly permitted under our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable law.

12. Product Care and Use

Customers are responsible for following applicable care instructions, warnings and usage recommendations provided with a product or displayed on the Website.

Claims such as microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, freezer-safe, oven-safe or heat-resistant should only be relied upon where specifically stated for the relevant product.

Glassware and other fragile products should be handled with appropriate care.

Vasonn is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental breakage, failure to follow care instructions, unauthorised modifications or use inconsistent with the intended purpose of the product, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Vasonn may occasionally offer promotions, discount codes, gifts, bundles or other promotional benefits.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions are available for a limited period;
Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements;
Discount codes may not be combined;
Certain products may be excluded;
Promotional benefits have no cash value; and

We reserve the right to moderate or remove inappropriate content.

Vasonn.com is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to operate our online store.

Purchases made through Vasonn.com are transactions between you and Vasonn, not Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of Vasonn products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, providing Vasonn products or resolving product-specific customer-service matters.

Certain information may be processed by Shopify as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify's applicable privacy documentation.

Your use of Vasonn.com is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this section is intended to restrict a consumer from exercising rights before an appropriate consumer commission, court or other authority where jurisdiction is provided by applicable law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and other applicable policies published on Vasonn.com, constitute the terms governing your use of our Website and purchases from Vasonn.
